TG Electrical services have recently installed new lighting throughout the Boathouse. We cannot recommend the service enough, Andy and his team were very accommodating to our requests and were quick and efficient to ensure we did not have to close the restaurant for service. Andy went above and beyond to source our unique bulbs in order to suit the restaurant’s lighting and atmosphere.

TG Electrical Services installed all of the electrical services in our new house. Their team could not have done more to make sure that we understood how everything worked and were very quick to fix anything that went wrong (of which little did). And when it came to doing some extra jobs for us, they were very responsive, completed the work in no time at all and were delightfully tidy and polite. All in all we would give them 10 out of 10 for all round, excellent service.

We previously had TG Electricians to carry out full electrical installation on our new build house in 2016. Being so impressed with the high standard and quality of work they completed, they were the only company we would choose to complete additional electrical work on our home which they carried out recently. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and transparent. The team were very professional with high quality and immaculate workmanship.Thank you very much.

I cannot say how helpful Chris and his team are. We contacted them between the Christmas and New Year period with a non-urgent matter, Andy was here the within days to discuss our needs, and was very helpful polite and professional. We were given a couple of options (one less disrupting to our business), and once we had decided which way we wanted to go, the team were back to complete the work.

We even asked them to look at another job when they were here which they sorted without fuss.

All in all the lad’s were amazing, they were so understanding that we had customers that we need to serve, and worked round us.

Could you please pass on our immense thanks for the work your team done for us on Friday/Saturday in particular Zack. They were brilliant and helped us solve the many problems we encountered without any hesitation or grumbles.

From the first meeting with Chris, to discuss the requirement they were professional and provided great input and advice on our requirements to ensure we got the finish we were after.

This approach continued during first Fix and second Fix, with attention to detail and wonderful focus on customer satisfaction. The team were extremely considerate during work to fit in with our schedule. During second Fix they were very careful to ensure minimal impact on rooms that had received final painted finish.....I wish all trades were as considerate. Also when problems were experienced with faulty downlighter lamps, they were quick to respond and resolve.

The team attending onsite were always polite, professional in their approach and smartly turned out.

They are a credit to the TG Group and I have and will have no hesitation in recommending Chris’s team to friends and family

Jan and I would like to say how very pleasant, diligent and helpful the staff you sent to carry out the works on our new venture at Hadley Park were. We are both extremely grateful. It has been quite tortuous getting to this point and it was a great relief to have such a great team to work with.

Thank you for your care and attention to a vulnerable lady in her home, she has asked me to pass on “ what nice lads the electricians were” and how they extended every courtesy and concern for her during the work (i.e. trying to keep doors closed as much as possible as they were working to try and keep her warm while the electric was turned off).
